Two Levels of Confidence
There are two levels of confidence, which intimately connect with one other. They are: 1.) inner confidence and 2.) outer confidence. Inner confidence refers to an internal state of certainty, assurance, and true confidence. Meanwhile, outer confidence means you appear confident to people (even when you're not feeling that way inside yourself).
Look Confident Instantly
While inner confidence doesn't come overnight, showing outer confidence is something you can learn instantly. Confidence is as much about your appearance as it is about how you feel. The key is body language and works like a charm. What I mean is that you may not feel very confident inside but, by using the right body language, you will appear confident to everyone else.
